Her weight loss-inspiring journey already made headlines in the year 2019. Since then she is sharing her fitness mantras with people and motivating others to lose weight with her strategies.
When her news of winning the 2023 Grammy award surfaced, many people were keen to know how she keeps herself fit and fine in life.
Back in the year 2019, when she was with Oprah Winfrey for an interview, she shared that “My body has been objectified my entire career”.
Further, she told her that she was body positive before and she is positive now as well. In a joking manner, she said, “I used to cry but now I sweat 😂.”

According to Vogue, Adele’s intense exercise regimen includes weight lifting and circuit training. In another interview with Vogue, she revealed that during the initial days of the pandemic, she used to work out three times a day.
Further, she also revealed that she used to lift weights in the morning. In the afternoon, she prefers to box or hike mostly.
Night time was her cardio time that she loves doing. She enjoyed working out at the gym in Los Angeles with trainers like Greg Miele at Heart & Hustle gym.
In another interview with Oprah in 2021, she shared how she started and got into deadlifting. She gradually made progress by starting with ten pounds and then slowly lifting weights up to 170 pounds.
In the same interview, she revealed that she lost weight because of her workout routine and not with any fad diets.
If she eats more, she workout hard to burn those extra calories. She credits her exercise routine more than any typical weight loss diet.

Adele’s weight loss for better mental health
Adele’s fitness journey is not just for physical health but she saw improvement in her mental health as well. Post-divorce, she wanted to change her lifestyle and stay strong. Whenever she feels low, she workouts to fight anxiety.
In an interview, she also revealed that she was addicted to her phone and wanted to spend more time without her phone.
Her fitness journey and weight loss information helped her fight anxiety and helped improve her mental health.
She further added saying that she was always been body positive. She was as confident with how she looked before her weight loss as now. She does not give much attention to how people feel about her body.
